About me

I am an Entrepreneur and Philanthropist, Investor, Mentor, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Green Foundation. I strive for a positive change. My approach to philanthropy is the same I use when I am making business decisions. I am looking for a gap to fill.

I have studied Law and Business at Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovak Republic and Palacky University in Olomouc, Czech Republic. I’m currently a PhD student in World Economy at MGIMO University in Moscow, Russian Federation, focusing on Sustainable Energy Resources. I speak several different languages.

I am actively involved in numerous charity projects, non-profit organizations and projects in various countries.

My philanthropic activities culminated in the decision to establish the Green Foundation in 2015, which primarily focuses on developing social innovation, adapting society to major challenges such as climate change, and supporting young people’s civic engagement. I am a Founder and Chairman of the Board of this young Slovak program-based non-profit organization transcending Central Europe.

Business life

I invest in various Private Equity Investments and worldwide Venture Capital Funds.

I support a variety of startups. By providing my mentoring and advisory skills I help them to transform their ideas into successful businesses in cyber security and other fields. I have also been mentoring students at various international educational institutions, including Zell Entrepreneurship Program at IDC Herzliya. My aim was to provide students with an opportunity to apply advanced entrepreneurial studies to the creation of real business ventures.

I stood at the birth of InQb – a technology business incubator focused on supporting small technological enterprises at the Slovak University of Technology.

I have co-founded several companies that resonate: EUFC CZ, M&G,, to name a few. I took part in several Supervisory Boards and Investment Committees. Among those the most noticeable and recognizable are AVG Technologies, Credo Ventures, and others.

My most recent focus is on cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology and that is why I have founded and became Chairman of NKB Group which operates as a full-service investment bank focused on blockchain technology.

My vision

In many ways, society is primarily focused on the material side of our lives, which is not one that I consider very balanced. It is a material world we live in, we do not spend much time thinking about our neighborhood, our town, about nature, climate change, and about the bigger picture. The world, the computers and digitalization are very “one way” oriented, and they make us think in a linear way. I personally strive to find the balance between nature and my lifestyle and I want to inspire others to do the same.

I follow my mantra: “a human is here not to take away everything, but to borrow and give it back”. To me it means an exchange of energy and all resources available to us. Once we use all our resources, we’ll be left with nothing.

As I am growing older, I have realized the need to pass on my knowledge, experience and skills to the younger generation. To those who are interested in listening to me and learning from me. I would like to help them find the most suitable road to take. We are here just for a short while, so why waste it? Life is like a coin. We can spend it any way we wish, but we can only spend it once.

  • If harmony is achieved, we can strive for a positive change

I believe that it is very important that each and every one of us thinks about our own way of life. That each and every one of us opts for being more proactive rather than being a simple consumer of ideas and solutions. Every young person should be able to plant a tree. That everyone can responsibly take care of oneself. That everyone is capable of providing for oneself at least to a certain extent.
